Cancellation Policy

At Rikaya, we understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while ensuring timely order processing, customers may request cancellation of their orders within 1 hour of placing the order.

Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour from the time the order is placed, regardless of the payment method.
• This policy applies to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, as it may have entered our processing or fulfillment process.

How to Cancel Your Order

Customers can request cancellation through the order cancellation option available on their account/order page, provided the request is made within the 1-hour cancellation window.

Prepaid Orders

For successfully paid prepaid orders, if the cancellation request is made within the permitted 1-hour window, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank.

COD Orders

For COD orders cancelled within the permitted 1-hour window, no payment will be collected and therefore no refund will be applicable.

Please note: Once the 1-hour cancellation period has expired, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
